Big feelings, Nostalgia, Hyperfixations… Cartoons movies and Online Culture - Sex and drugs and gender and politics. A sense of humor, a tongue in the cheek, a lip dragged between the teeth. Horny, weird, standing on a soapbox in the corner of each drawing screaming at the viewer to both give in and get up. Hedonism and Communalism are not two opposing forces. Desire is good, actually, served with blood, sweat, and tears. Can you desire a better world as much as you desire love and attention?
